Match Play
Match Play gives players the opportunity to apply what they’ve learned in a fun, structured, and competitive environment. Coaches supervise play, providing feedback on strengths and areas for improvement to help each player grow, build confidence, and prepare for future competition. Please note that eligibility for Match Play requires concurrent enrollment in one of our regular program clinics.
UTR Tournaments
The Universal Tennis Rating (UTR) is a globally recognized rating system designed to measure a player’s current tennis level and promote fair, competitive play. Players are rated on the same 1.00–16.50 scale, with ratings updated based on match results and level of competition.
Frog Hollow hosts UTR match play opportunities throughout the year, giving players a convenient way to establish, maintain, and improve their UTR while gaining valuable competitive match experience.
Please note: Some Frog Hollow programs have minimum UTR requirements for participation. These requirements help ensure that players are placed in the appropriate program with others of a similar competitive level, creating the best environment for development, challenge, and growth.
