Morning Tournament Workout

The morning work out is designed for players who want more hours of court time and are dedicated to pushing themselves to becoming better. &nbsp;They will be focusing on technical aspects of their game and then implementing that technique in a situational play on court. <b>Players must be in FILA 3 and registered for Match Play (same session).&nbsp; Requires approval from DOT and Head Pro, Juniors. No makeups for missed days.</b>


Fila 3 Sunday College And Tournament Training (Make Up Day) 3 day per week minimum required participation in the Fila 3 clinic

The FILA 3 program provides an intense training program for tournament players and school team players. Each session will emphasize goal setting in order to help players be at peak levels of play for competition. In addition by reviewing goals for competition, goals will be set for technical development, mental coaching, and fitness development. Players will be evaluated during clinic and grouped based on age and ability.
