To register for a drop-in program you must login to the players account.
Waiver
USTA National Campus requires all participants to complete a Waiver & Release. Waiver & Releases for participants under 18 must be signed by the participant and the participant’s parent/legal guardian. USTA National Campus Waiver & Releases must be completed once per calendar year.
