Court Rentals and Contracts
LET'S PLAY!
Both members and non-members of Frog Hollow can rent tennis courts, so you can get on the court and hit with a friend, play a match, practice serves or even rent our ball machine! We have two court surfaces: inside, we have six Novacrylic® high performance hard courts and outside, we have 5 har-tru courts (American clay) for your convenience. Both court surfaces are softer and designed to be easier on a player's body. Our members can reserve an “open court time” up to 2 weeks in advance – online, on our app, over the phone or by or stoping by to make a reservation! Guests may reserve courts up to 48 hours in advance by calling us to check availability. Our tennis court rental rates are based on the day of the week, time of day, and membership status. Members can reserve tennis courts outside during our outdoor season (April 15 - August 31; weather dependent) for FREE - this includes all junior members! Please note that court time canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged in full.
Early Bird Rental: Are you ready to get your day started out right? Start it with tennis at a great price! Frog Hollow offers Early Bird tennis from 6:30 - 9:30 am. Play any day Monday through Friday as many times as you like (based upon court availability)! During the indoor season (September 1 - April 30) only $350 per person or during the outdoor season (May 1 - August 31), only $188 per person. Some restrictions apply - please contact us for details. Early Bird Details:
Players may book up to 2 weeks in advance. All court bookings are based on court availability. Players who have not paid for the Early Bird program for the current season will pay for their portion of the court at the current court price. There will be no Early Bird "guests." Players will be charged $10 per person for no-shows or cancelations within 24 hours of the court booking. Starting September 1, 2024, court rentals between 6:30 - 9:30 am, Monday through Friday, will be limited to 1.5-hour bookings and only 1 booking per day will be allowed. During the indoor season, there will be no early bird tennis from December 24 - January 1. During the outdoor season, outdoor courts 9, 10, and 11 are available from 7 am - 9 am. Outdoor courts 7 & 8 are not available for booking. Early Bird players may rent the ball machine at a 50% discount but are limited to a 1.5-hour rental. It is rented on a first come first serve basis. If you need to cancel a ball machine rental it must be done 24 hours in advance, or players will be charged in full.
