Fast Twitch Training provides specialized, age-appropriate training services to athletes ranging from 6 years of age and up, and adults. The most comprehensive services for athletes begins at age 10 and extends to the collegiate level, FTT focuses on sports-specific drills to increase speed, strength, and agility of athletes.

Meadowlands Country Club
We are thrilled that Frog Hollow Racquet Club will provide a top quality tennis program for Meadowlands Country Club at their property in Blue Bell. As a result of this relationship, we are pleased that Meadowlands has invited Frog Hollow members to come lounge and swim at Meadowlands’ pool on two occasions and/or play two rounds of golf ! Sadar Psychological & Sports - Sadar Psychological and Sports is a psychology practice that specializes in biofeedback with athletes. Sadar's mission is to optimize people’s functioning/performance. Be it personally, in school, work, and/or sports, etc., they seek to help an individual to do their best, think their best, and feel good about themself. They use a variety of approaches, from the traditional (e.g. Psychotherapy/Sports Psychology) to the cutting edge computer assisted biofeedback training (e.g. Interactive Metronome, Heart Rate Variability Training, Neurofeedback). They will tailor the approach to meet each individual’s needs, helping them to improve their performance and achieve their agreed upon goals.

SunPower Builders
Frog Hollow is pleased to announce it's partnership with SunPower Builders in taking a major step to "go green." SunPower Builders will install solar panels on the roof of the har-tru court building. These panels will absorb energy from the sun & that energy will be converted for use as electricity to meet much of our Club's power needs over the next several years. Talamore Country Club
Frog Hollow is delighted to provide tennis programming and services to Talamore Country Club, and it's members at their facility located in Ambler, PA. As a result of this relationship, we are pleased that Talamore has offered Frog Hollow members the opportunity to try a Four Round Membership with the opportunity to enjoy social functions and club dining privileges.
