Adult Leagues & Teams
Are you interested in competitive play? Frog Hollow has competitive leagues
and teams for all levels of players. We have an in-house league for social
and fun matches and we have Bux-Mont, USTA and CUP leagues for more serious
competition. We also offer a "Flex League" for players who want to compete
but are unable to commit to a particular time or day. Whatever kind of
competition you're looking for, we have something to offer you! All players
must be Frog Hollow members to participate in our league play.
Buxmont
Frog Hollow takes part in an indoor ladies doubles travel league
each winter. This league runs from September through March and travels
within the Bucks and Montgomery county area. We currently host multiple A,
B and C teams. Level ranges from beginner to advanced player.
USTA
Frog Hollow hosts men's and women's USTA teams each spring, a combo league and senior mixed doubles league during the winter and senior and tri-level teams each summer. The spring and summer teams are a combination of doubles and singles. These teams are outdoor teams that travel within the Montgomery and Bucks county area to play other clubs within their league.
Interclub (also known as CUP).
This is a ladies spring travel league that
plays outdoors at various country clubs. These clubs are located in
Philadelphia, Chester, Montgomery, and Bucks County and sometimes southern
New Jersey. This league plays April through June and teams consist of
doubles and singles players.
Ladies In-House League
Frog Hollow runs a ladies in-house league throughout the year. This league runs in eight-week sessions playing either singles or doubles (varies depending on time of year). This is a fun league for ladies to get started in competition or to practice for more competitive leagues. Players must be a Frog Hollow member to play.
Men’s Singles In House League
This is a men’s singles match play league and a great way to get competition with similar level players. Matches are played on Thursday evenings. League runs in 8-week session cycles. Players must be members to play.
Flex League
Want to play some singles? Frog Hollow hosts a men's and
women's singles flex league throughout the year. It runs in eight week
sessions, beginning in September, giving players the opportunity to play
similar level players at a time that is convenient for them.
Mixed It Up Sundays Round Robin
Frog Hollow offers Sunday evening doubles and mixed doubles round robin play. Experienced players (3.0 +) are welcome to play in this 2-hour mens and women's round robin. Different partners and competitors are assigned each round, so there's no need to sign up with a partner. Some singles play may be mixed in based on number of players each week. Get a great work out and competitive match play!
World Team Tennis Corporate League
Frog Hollow hosts and participates in an indoor World Team Tennis format league each winter. This league runs from September through March on Friday nights from 8:30 pm - 10:00 pm. Teams of at least 2 men and two women compete against each other in various formats (M/W singles, M/W/mixed doubled) across the 90 minutes of play. Level ranges from 3.5 - 4.0. Baby-Sitting Services
Frog Hollow provides baby-sitting for our members when they are participating in team play, lessons or contract times!
Please email Bonnie Conway or call her at the club to make a baby-siting "reservation" at least 24-hours in advance.
